I MUST be tired of Christmas!
Actually, it appears that everything is ready...I did some baking today, make my shopping list for the missing items from the pantry to make for the BIG Christmas dinner and I think everything that we ordered as gifts has been received...including th gift card that the dog tried to eat! Gotta complain to UPS for just leaving it on the front step and not knocking when the dog was out?!?!?

Only 6 nights and a wake up until Santa comes bearing gifts!

I have one more "gift" to purchase and I am done shopping. Still need to wait for delivery and wrap and decorate and such but the $$$ is spent! I am stopping by a store tonight to check out the item I intend to buy but if it's not there, I have to go back to AC Moore...Oh Man! Me and AC Moore? I can't NOT spend money there...

Just ordered my DIsney pictures via Snapfish so I'll have some MORE scrapping to do...like I don't have enough already to do :o)

It's being to look a lot like Christmas---NOT!

We have our tree, it is up in its stand, I put some ribbon on it and it has lights...that's where my Christmas preparations end. No cookies baked, no wreaths or lights on the house, nothing!

Just started the shopping too.

I am so "out of it this year". Not sure why ...

but I did get the girls to see Santa on Sunday so I CAN check that off my list.

Packages from my online shopping trips have finally started to arrive.

Took the girls to the Dollar store for their shopping lists and they filled their baskets and have already wrapped most of the gifts...of course, they can't put them under the tree since it doesn't even have its skirt yet :o)

Christmas Countdown ... 12 days 'til the man in red arrives

I have done most of my Christams creations BUT still don't have the tree up INSIDE the house yet...the space is all ready to be filled with our HUGE tree.

This time of year is SO BUSY!

Lloyd is coming home tomorrow and my thought was always to wait for him before we decorate so I guess my subconcious won out, huh?

I was tyring to scan some of my creations last night then noticed it was 11pm and I stopped and went to bed...really need to get a clock in the basement!!!

It's beginning to look alot like Christmas....NOT!

I haven't even started my shopping or decorating or ANYTHING!!! And the worse part of it all...I can't find my Christmas sweaters! :)

Only 21 days until the man in red comes sliding down my chimney...hopefully, he has started HIS shopping

As I reflect on this photograph, I see once again that not all the brave leave the "home of the brave" to enter battle; some are required now to be the brave of the home. It is said a picture is worth a thousand words, but this one leaves me speechless.

These guys deserve our love, our hugs and most powerfully, our prayers. Prayer Request: I understand that life in Iraq is very difficult to bear right now. Our troops need our prayers for strength, endurance and safety.

And ANYTHING that depicts scripture is PERFECT as well!
